Processing & Dispatch Time

• Orders are processed during business hours, Monday to Friday (excluding weekends and UK public holidays), once payment has been received in full.
  
  
• In rare cases, dispatch may be delayed due to unforeseen circumstances such as severe weather, postal strikes, or other external disruptions.
  
  
• You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed, followed by a dispatch notification containing your tracking details (if applicable).
  
  

Packaging

• Orders are packaged based on the total number of items.
  
  

Addresses

• Orders are shipped to the exact address provided at checkout.
  
  
• Please ensure your delivery information is accurate and current before placing your order to avoid delays.
  
  
• Address changes cannot be made once the parcel is in transit.
  
  
• If your parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, you will be required to cover the postage cost to resend the item.
  
  
• We are not responsible for packages signed for by anyone other than the named recipient.
  
  

Cancellations

• To cancel an order, please contact us within one hour of purchase.
  
  
• Once an order has been dispatched, cancellations cannot be accepted.
  
  
• While we will do our best to accommodate your request, we cannot guarantee successful cancellation due to our fast processing and packaging workflow.
  
  

Shipping Delays

We always strive to dispatch orders promptly and with care. However, once a parcel has been handed over to the postal service, it is beyond our control, and we cannot be held liable for delays.

• For UK customers: If your order has not arrived within 10 working days after the estimated delivery date, please contact us — we will open an investigation with Royal Mail.
  
  
• For international customers: If your order has not arrived within 20 working days beyond the estimated delivery date, please get in touch, and we will raise an investigation accordingly.
  
  
• Parcels deemed lost or stolen will be eligible for store credit or replacement only.
  
  

Refusal of Service

At Oxie Body Jewellery, we are committed to providing a positive shopping experience for every customer.
However, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders at our discretion — particularly in cases where customer behaviour, communication, or order history indicates policy misuse or unfair conduct.
